The Zoning Hearing Board is an independent board appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
The Zoning Hearing Board hears and rules on requests for variances, special exceptions or appeal of a decision by the Zoning Officer. The Zoning Hearing Board only meets as necessitated by an application.
