The Planning Commission is an advisory board appointed by the Board of Supervisors.

Planning Commission members review subdivisions and land development plans in order to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. Planning Commission members may also recommend changes to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance to the Board of Supervisors.

If there is no such business, there will be no monthly meeting.
When a meeting is necessitated it is held the first Tuesday of the month.
