Tax Certification requests shall be made directly to the Tax Collector, and shall include the $25 fee made payable to Lisa J. White.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS: All real estate tax payments MUST be accompanied by the duplicate provided with the tax bill, or the taxpayer must include with the payment a fee of Five Dollars and 00/100 ($5.00) for the tax duplicate, per the Township Fee Schedule. The Board of Supervisors of Upper Tulpehocken Township has directed the Township Tax Collector not to accept any tax payment not accompanied by the duplicate or the fee, and the Tax Collector will return any payment not in compliance with this requirement. The Township and its Tax Collector are not responsible for any loss of discount or any penalty resulting from taxpayer non-compliance.
